Dr. Esther Andrés is an ISDEFE researcher working at the Spanish National Institute of Aerospace Technology (INTA) and a part-time assistant professor at the Technical University of Madrid (UPM). She got her PhD (with Extraordinary Award) in Information Technologies (TICs) in the University of Alcala in 2012. She received her MSc degree in Computer Engineering from the Complutense University of Madrid. Esther Andres’ areas of expertise are aerodynamic shape design of aeronautical configurations and high performance computing. She has published more than 30 papers in international journals and relevant congress on these topics. She has also contributed to several national R&D projects in collaboration with the Spanish aeronautical industry. In addition, she has served as a technical reviewer for international congresses and journals.
